Legal
Terms
Last updated June 2026
These terms apply to your use of the LedgerPath website. They do not replace any proposal, engagement letter or written agreement for services, which set out the terms on which we work with you.
Using this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. The content is general information about LedgerPath and its services. It is not accounting, tax, legal, investment or financial advice to rely on without a separately agreed engagement.
Models, samples and website content
The model screenshots, PDF samples, templates, commentary, copy and graphics on this site are owned by or licensed to LedgerPath. The samples are anonymised and illustrative, and company names, brands, numbers and scenarios shown in them may be fictional or adapted for demonstration. They are provided for evaluation only.
Unless agreed in writing, the underlying spreadsheet models are not licensed, sold or distributed through the site. You must not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or present the samples, models or content as your own.
Our services
LedgerPath provides bookkeeping, accounting support, financial visibility and CFO-style advisory support. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement, proposal or engagement letter that sets out scope, fees, responsibilities and deliverables.
Prices shown on this site are starting points or estimated ranges. Final pricing depends on volume, complexity, systems, deadlines and scope, and is agreed before work begins. Fees are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
Delivery structure
Bookkeeping and advisory are delivered as specialist service areas under one firm. Bookkeeping is handled by bookkeeping specialists and reviewed before delivery where appropriate. Matters requiring commercial judgement, financial modelling or advisory input are escalated to advisory. Advisory and CFO work is led by a qualified chartered accountant.
No regulated investment advice
LedgerPath provides accounting and finance support, not regulated investment advice. Nothing on the site, in samples or in deliverables is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument. Our work supports decision-making, but the client remains responsible for their own business and financial decisions.
No client relationship from website use
Using the site, enquiring, booking a call or downloading a sample does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only on a written engagement.
Third-party links and tools
The site may link to third-party websites or tools, such as booking, analytics and communication tools. LedgerPath is not responsible for third-party sites, their content or their privacy practices.
Website availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current. We may update, suspend or remove parts of the site at any time.
Liability
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties, representations and liability arising from your use of, or reliance on, the general content of the site.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for paid services is governed by the relevant engagement.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
